Small Group Training
Phyzz Combine represents our signature brand of training. We blend athleticism, flexibility and mental focus into every workout for maximum results. This whole body training method addresses ALL of you and every moment has a purpose. The best professional athletes are well-rounded and know how to diversify. A great quarterback must be able to do more than just throw a winning pass. In a Phyzz Combine workout, you may jump, sprint, catch and throw. You might find yourself boxing, swinging a kettlebell, suspending with TRX or balancing on a BOSU – but no workout will ever be the same.
